1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and l89s ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://l89s.pro and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and any other individuals who interact with the l89s platform in any capacity.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any function of the l89s platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

2Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the l89s platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. l89s reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any account found to be in breach of these requirements without prior notice.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. l89s strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all members and will request proof of age documentation during the KYC verification process.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, associations, and groups may not register an account or use the platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from l89s or any affiliated platform due to a breach of terms or a responsible gaming request.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration and keep that information updated throughout your membership. False or misleading registration details will result in immediate account termination.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of l89s or any of its affiliates, or an immediate family member of such a person, while using the platform for real-money gaming.

3Account Registration and Security

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the l89s platform. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or otherwise, may be subject to immediate closure without compensation. l89s uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate registrations.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. Never share these with any third party.
• All activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is your sole responsibility. l89s will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
• l89s may, at its discretion, request KYC (Know Your Customer) documents at any point during your membership, including prior to processing a withdrawal request. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence together with proof of payment method ownership.
• You must notify l89s support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. Contact us at [email protected]. l89s will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or OTP via any channel.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 BDT. You will be notified via your registered contact details before any such fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact support.

l89s reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, collusion, or any other conduct detrimental to the fair operation of the platform. Any balance remaining in a closed account following an investigation confirming a breach may be forfeited.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

l89s supports a range of Bangladesh-specific payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit is ৳200 BDT per transaction. l89s does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, but the platform reserves the right to apply transaction limits at the account level based on KYC status, account history, and responsible gaming considerations.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This policy exists to protect members from fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. l89s will not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or wallets.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one business day. In most cases, processed withdrawals reach the member's wallet within 60 minutes of approval. However, processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays (including Eid, Durga Puja, Pohela Boishakh), or when additional KYC verification is required.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account must be subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds that have not completed the stated rollover will result in the bonus being voided prior to processing the withdrawal.
• l89s does not charge any fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your chosen payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank) may apply their own transaction charges. Members are responsible for checking and accepting any third-party fees prior to initiating a transaction.

l89s reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification (KYC) or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. During any investigation period, the account may be temporarily restricted. Members will be informed of the reason for any delay via their registered contact details where reasonably practicable.

6Bonuses and Promotions

l89s offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion at the time it is offered. General bonus terms applicable to all l89s promotions are set out in this section.

• A welcome bonus is available to new members on their first qualifying deposit. The standard welcome bonus structure is up to ৳20,000 BDT. The exact percentage match, maximum bonus value, and minimum qualifying deposit are specified in the active promotion at the time of registration.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time. Attempting to claim a second bonus while an existing bonus is pending rollover may result in the new bonus being declined or the existing bonus being voided, at l89s's discretion.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and betting markets specified in the relevant promotion. Using bonus funds in excluded game categories will not count towards the wagering requirement and may result in the bonus being voided.
• l89s reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a member has already qualified and claimed a bonus, the bonus will remain valid under the terms that were active at the time of the claim.

Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated wagering patterns, exploitation of promotional terms, or systematic extraction of bonus value — will result in account suspension, bonus forfeiture, and potential recovery of funds already withdrawn.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the l89s platform. Any member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation and, where a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and all funds held within it may be forfeited.

• Using any automated software, bot, script, crawler, or other non-human means to access, interact with, or extract data from the l89s platform.
• Colluding with other players or any third party to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotional offers, or artificially inflate wagering activity.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. l89s is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and cooperates with relevant authorities.
• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details, or allowing another person to use your registered account.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing anomaly on the platform. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error are void and will not be paid out.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct directed at l89s staff, customer support agents, or other members through any communication channel associated with the platform.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the l89s platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of l89s or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The l89s name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of l89s and may not be used without prior written permission.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the l89s platform without express prior written consent.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, l89s and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the l89s platform or any content, services, or features thereof.

l89s makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. l89s will take reasonable steps to minimise downtime but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to all features at all times.

10Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time-out: Members may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of the platform. This feature helps prevent unplanned extended gaming sessions.

13Governing Law and Jurisdiction
